RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and Norway) Under the right of withdrawal law, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The deadline is extended if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.

2. How to return an item Contact us at sales@matandmatestore.com within the withdrawal period with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

3. Refund Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

4. Defective or incorrect items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@matandmatestore.com. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement item or refund the full amount.

5. Exceptions The following items cannot be returned: opened food products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

6. Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@matandmatestore.com.
