Welcome to Mat&Mate. By making a purchase on matandmatestore.com, you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. General information Mat&Mate is an online store based in Bergen, Norway, specializing in yerba mate, accessories, and gift sets. For questions, contact us at: sales@matandmatestore.com

2. Products We strive to present the products as accurately as possible. Colors and descriptions are indicative only. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

3. Prices and payment Prices are shown in NOK (Norwegian kroner) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Shopify Payments and other payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Shipping We ship to Norway and Europe. Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Mat&Mate is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external carriers.

5. Returns and refunds Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Customers in the EU and EEA have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with European consumer protection law. Norwegian customers have equivalent rights under the right of withdrawal law.

6. Intellectual property All content on matandmatestore.com (images, text, logos) belongs to Mat&Mate and may not be reproduced without express permission.

7. Limitation of liability Mat&Mate is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted under applicable Norwegian law.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Bergen, Norway.
