1. Delivery areas Mat&Mate ships to Norway and selected countries in Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us.
2. Shipping times
- Norway: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier conditions.
3. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and order size. Any free shipping offers will be shown at checkout when the conditions are met.
4. Order processing Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
5. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can follow your package directly on the carrier's website.
6. Customs and duties For deliveries outside Norway, customs duties and import fees may apply. These are the buyer's responsibility and are governed by the legislation of the destination country.
7. Missing or damaged package If your package does not arrive or is damaged on receipt, contact us as soon as possible at sales@matandmatestore.com and we will help you.
