Chocolate Cookies

Perhaps Argentina's most famous crackers! These crispy, rectangular chocolate crackers are the key ingredient in the iconic Argentinian dessert "Chocotorta" (where they are layered with dulce de leche and cream cheese). They are also fantastic dipped in coffee or milk.
